The V90 was launched in 2017 to replace the Volvo V70 which was discontinued in 2010 as Volvo focused on sales of the XC70.
 
These statistics only include sales data of the station wagon. Combined Volvo 90-series sales data are published separately, as well as sales data for the Volvo S90 sedan and the V90 Cross Country.
