Charging takes 11 hours on 220V, a DC fast charger can charge the battery 80% in 1,5 hours. The 33 kWh batteries allow for a range of 250 km, which can increase to 300 kilometer at a constant speed of 60 km/h. Dimensions are 4.135/1.750/1.560 mm with a wheelbase of 2.490 mm. The interior is similar to that of the Refine S2, but with a few updates: the instrument cluster has become digital, the BMW-style drive selector on the trendy blue ball, and the black-white-blue seat upholstery. Prices start at 120.000 yuan (€16.250,- / US$ 17,800), including EV subsidies. Main rival is the BAIC EC180.
The IEV7S is the replacement to the IEV6S, it has the same dimensions and wheelbase, is powered by the same electric motor but has a larger liquid cooled battery with 39kWh, giving it a range of 280 km. The new battery can be charged to 100% in 7 hours on a 220V home charger or in 1,5 hours on a fast charger. The JAC-Volkswagen joint venture launched its own version of the IEV7S called Sol E20X in 2019.
