Lynk & Co, is a Chinese-Swedish auto brand from Geely, which also owns Volvo and Lotus, has shares in Daimler AG and a joint-venture with Renault. The brand was founded in 2016 in Göthenburg, Sweden and its models are based on Volvo’s CMS platform but are produced in Luqiao, Zhejiang province in China. Production started in 2017, but the brand was only introduced in Europe in 2021. In addition to direct-to-consumer sales, Lynk & Co offers a subscription model.

Lynk & Co’s models are all based on the Compact Modular Architecture (CMA) platform, which is also used by Volvo Cars and Polestar. The first Lynk & Co model, the 01, was a compact SUV that was launched in China in 2017. The 01 was followed by the 02, a compact hatchback, and the 03, a mid-size sedan.
