Introduced in 2005, the Ferrari Superamerica was a convertible version of the 575M Maranello and it was a limited edition. The Ferrari Superamerica is a limited production grand touring sports car produced by the Italian automobile manufacturer Ferrari from 2005 to 2008.

The Superamerica was powered by a 5.7-liter V12 engine that produced 540 horsepower. It could accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in 4.2 seconds and had a top speed of over 200 mph. The Superamerica was distinguished by its retractable hardtop roof, which was made of carbon fiber and glass. The roof could be opened or closed in 17 seconds while the car was moving at speeds of up to 20 mph. The Superamerica was a limited production car, with only 559 units being produced. It was succeeded by the Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano in 2007.
