The Ferrari F430 is a sports car produced by the Italian automaker Ferrari from 2004 to 2009. It was the successor to the Ferrari 360 Modena and was the first Ferrari to be equipped with a flat-plane crank V8 engine. The F430 was available in two body styles: the coupe, called the Ferrari F430, and the convertible, called the Ferrari F430 Spider. It was powered by a 4.3-liter V8 engine that produced 483 horsepower. The F430 could accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in 3.9 seconds and had a top speed of over 200 mph. The F430 was praised for its handling, its performance, and its styling. It was also the first Ferrari to be equipped with a dual-clutch transmission.
