Sales figures for the Mercedes-Benz V-Class in China.
The V-Class replaced the Mercedes-Benz Viano in 2016, exactly two years after the European launch of the third generation Mercedes-Benz V-Class and 7 months after its launch in the US as the Mercedes-Benz Metris. In China, the V-Class is powered by a 2-liter turbocharged gasoline engine with 200hp and 350 Nm, as opposed to Europe where it is only available with diesel engines. Prices start at 489.000 Yuan (US$ 74,400 / € 65.500), so it shouldn’t be surprising this isn’t a volume model.
