Sales figures for the Hyundai Elantra Yuedong in China.

As of 2016, Hyundai sells no less than 4 different generations of the Elantra: Hyundai Elantra,(third generation, of which production finally ended in 2016), this Elantra Yuedong (fourth generation), the Elantra Langdon (fifth gen) and the latest generation called Elantra Lingdong.

In 2017 the Hyundai Celesta was launched (though the literal translation of its Chinese name is: new Elantra), and this uses the same platform, engines and gearboxes as this Elantra Yuedong, just with modern sheetmetal.

Car sales statistics from China only include domestic production and exclude imported models.
