Chery QQ Ice Cream China Sales Figures

Annual and monthly sales figures for the Chery QQ Ice Cream in China.

The QQ Ice Cream may be the biggest threat to the success of the Wuling Hongguang Mini EV, and looks very similar than China’s best selling EV. The QQ Ice Cream is powered by a 27hp electric motor with 85Nm of torque and has two options for battery capacity: the 9.6kWh version has an NEDC range of 120km and the 13.9kWh version has an NEDC range of 170km.

This is the first model by the Chery brand to use the iCar Ecology technology in collaboration with Alibaba Cloud to connect the car with devices at home. Dimensions are 1,980/1,496/1,637mm with a wheelbase of 1,960mm.

Prices range from 29,900 yuan (€ 4.500,- / US$4,700) to 43,900 yuan (€ 6.100,- / US$6,900). That puts it right up against the Hongguang MINI EV (28,800 to 48,600 yuan).

Car sales statistics from China only include domestic production and exclude imported models.
